Lower Your Blood Pressure

Sit, Stay, Heal! Evidence shows that pets help lower our blood pressure and aid in physical recuperation.  Actually owing a pet can bring so much love into your life. It is so nice for my kitty to greet me at the door, follow me around or just be by my side. Personally I find animals sense so much about us. Before I really wake up. My cat Chester jumps up on my bed waiting for me to open my eyes. This has happen too many morning for me to recognize, Chester knows I’m about to wake up. My schedule with the airlines is so varied, he would never do this as a routine.
