Waiver

Every owner will be asked to read and sign the Policy Agreement as follow:

1. The animal is fit & healthy. Any grooming which takes place on an elderly cat or a cat with health problems will be at owner’s risk.

2. In the event of any injury or health concern, I am authorized to contact a vet and authorize any veterian treatment for the cat as necessary. The owner is responsible for all veterinary charges that may incur as a result.

3. Dematting/detangling of matted hair may cause patchiness and hair loss. Consent to remove the matted hair is on this understanding. Shaving your cat will dramatically change the pet’s appearance and the hair will be very close to the skin. This may expose pre-existing skin condition for the condition for which “The Purrfect Cat Groomer, Inc., The Cat Groomer, Inc.  Owner Elizabeth Farmer is not responsible.
