Special Rabies Clinic Saturday, January 7. A special Rabies Clinic will take place to mark the grand opening of “Barkland,” a new dog park located in the city of Parkland at 9245 Ranch Road The Rabies Clinic will take place from noon until 2 p.m. Attendees at the park’s opening are welcome to bring their dog to receive a one-year rabies vaccination and Broward County pet license for a cash-only payment of $15. You must be a Broward County resident to attend. Please bring a valid Florida driver’s license or current utility bill for identification. All dogs attending the Clinic must be brought on a leash
